Children, Family and Community Service

This confidential service allows employers to purchase a range of therapeutic counselling service and psycho-educational services for their employees and specified family members, through a contract with CSS. This service facilitates the identification and resolution of a wide range of personal problems that may be adversely affecting an organization’s employee productivity, including marital, family, work-related, substance abuse, and critical incident stress.

 

Am I eligible?
Your employer must have a contract with Catholic Social Services to provide this program to you or immediate family.

Wetaskiwin and Camrose

How much will it cost me?
Your employer has pre-paid a limited number of counselling sessions for you or your family which renews annually. Any additional services required beyond the pre-paid amount, may be covered by your health care benefit coverage.
If there is no coverage, this program uses a sliding fee scale. The sliding scale fee is determined by the Counselling Program Intake Worker, and uses gross family income and number of dependents to figure out the fee for service.
