McDaniel Manor
Provides residential support services for seniors with developmental and/or multiple disabilities. Capital funding for this project was provided by the McDaniel Family Foundation and the Edmonton Housing Trust Fund.
Am I eligible?
Persons with developmental disabilities who have additional needs associated with aging, such as dementia, decreased mobility and health concerns, are eligible for service.
Where is this service provided?
The home is a barrier-free ten-bed residence located in northeast Edmonton.
How much will it cost me?
Funding for the program is received from the Edmonton Community Board for Persons with Developmental Disabilities (PDD). Individuals receiving services are responsible for room and board.

Program Outcomes
- Individuals will be supported at McDaniel Manor to maintain their independence and access to the community for as long as possible.
- Individuals have an environment to live in that will continue to meet their needs as they age (e.g. wheelchair accessible, spacious bathrooms, accessible tubs, etc.).
