Residential Programs for Persons with Developmental and/or Multiple Disabilities
This program provides residential support services to adults with developmental and/or multiple disabilities. These residential programs provide community living supports to individuals sharing accommodation in a group living arrangement.
Am I eligible?
People who are eligible through the Edmonton Community Board for Persons with Developmental Disabilities (PDD) can receive support through this program. Specific admissions criteria for individual programs vary from one program to another and may be related to the specific contract requirements of PDD.
Individuals with other funding arrangements (e.g. Capital Health Authority, Child and Family Services Authority, etc.) may be eligible for service.
Where is this service provided?
There are more than 20 residential homes throughout the Edmonton area, including one community home in Stony Plain.
How much will it cost me?
Funding for these programs comes from the Edmonton Community Board for Persons with Developmental Disabilities (PDD). Individuals receiving services are responsible for room and board.
