Family Living Program
This program offers professional psycho-educational workshops and courses that provide instruction and support on a variety of issues, including Handling Anger (Levels I and II), Couples Communication, Mindfulness and Mastery of Emotions, Setting Healthy Boundaries and Overcoming Depression.

This program is open to people of all faiths and cultures.
Where is this service provided?
Most programs are held in one of the three Edmonton offices (East, Central, and South), but may be held at St. Andrew’s Centre or the Providence Centre.
How much will it cost me?This is a fee-for-service program and most courses cost $250.00 for 25 hours or 10 weeks. Limited subsidies and payment plans are available. Subsidies are made available through the
Sign of Hope and the Edmonton Community Adult Learning Association (ECALA). Some courses may also be paid for by your employer, depending on the health care benefit plan provided.

Program Outcomes
- You will improve your interpersonal, problem solving, decision making, and coping skills.
- You will improve your social, psychological, and occupational behaviours, thus preventing further damaging conduct and attitudes.
