This program provides accommodation, supportive counselling, and support services to women on parole from federal institutions.
 
Am I eligible?
Clients must be eligible for day parole from Federal Institutions.

Where is this service provided?
A home located in North East Edmonton.

How much will it cost me?
There is a nominal fee for rent based on the client's income.

How do I access this program?
  1. Clients must be referred to this program by their Institutional Parole Officer through the Edmonton District Parole Office.
  2. Clients are reviewed by Elpida staff for suitability to the program.

Program Outcomes
  • Clients will successfully reintegrate into their communities by developing healthy support and finding employment.  
  • Clients will feel comfortable living on their own.
