This program provides accommodation, supportive counselling, and support services to men on parole from federal institutions who have substance abuse problems as their primary concern.

Clients must be eligible for day parole from Federal Institutions.
Where is this service provided?
The house is located on the west end of Edmonton.
How much will it cost me?
There is a nominal fee for rent based on the client's income.
How do I access this program?
- Clients must be referred to this program by their Institutional Parole Officer through the Edmonton District Parole Office.
- Clients are interviewed by Elpida staff for suitability to the program.

Program Outcomes
- Clients will successfully reintegrate into their communities by developing healthy supports and finding employment.
