Adults with a developmental disability, or diagnosed disability who wish to connect with their community through recreation and leisure activities and are served by PDD are eligible.

- Contact program coordinator for appointment and schedule
- Attend three activities to see if the program is appropriate
- Fill out Membership consent forms and pay membership fee
