Language Assessment, Referral, and Counselling Centre (LARCC)
Helps adult immigrants and refugees determine their current level of English language proficiency, presents options for ESL training, and assists newcomers to explore their educational and career goals/opportunities.
LARCC includes the Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada (LINC) Assessment Program funded by Citizenship and Immigration Canada, and the Language and Vocational Assessment (LVA) Program funded by Alberta Employment and Immigration.
