Bridging the Gaps Continuing Education Program
A collaborative project with Grant MacEwan University that offers continuing education workshops for children's mental health practitioners in the Edmonton Area.
Bridging the Gaps is a series of continuing education opportunities for social workers and other human service professionals. Through the shared support and expertise of professionals from various sectors and organizations, these workshops provide an opportunity to explore sytemic and multidisciplinary approaches for working with children with mental health conditions.
Am I eligible?
This program is open to practising social workers who need Class A credits as well as other healthcare professionals.
Where is this service provided?
These workshops are offered in Edmonton in the Spring and Fall.
How much will it cost me?
Three-hour workshop - $30
Full day workshop - $60

Program Outcomes
This series of workshops will increase understanding about assessment, treatment, and case management of children with complex mental health issues.
