Home Support Program for Adults with Developmental and/or Multiple Disabilities
This program provides support services to adults with developmental disabilities in private homes under the supervision of a Home Support Provider.
Am I eligible?
Individuals over the age of 18 who are eligible for funding through the Northeast Alberta Community Board for Persons with Developmental Disabilities (PDD).
Where is this service provided?
This program is provided in the communities of Cold Lake, Bonnyville and St. Paul.
How much will it cost me?
Individuals in this program will be required to pay for their room and board directly to the Home Support Provider. In addition, they are required to pay for their personal expenditures.
