Supported Independent Living Program for Persons with an Acquired Brain Injury
This program provides a variety of outreach support services to person with an acquired brain injury living in the community.

The Acquired Brain Injury Network (ABIN) determines eligibility as administered by the St. Paul Abilities Network (SPAN).
Where is this service provided?
In the communities of Bonnyville, Cold Lake and St. Paul.

How much will it cost me?
There are no additional costs to the individual once funding has been approved by the Acquired Brain Injury Network (ABIN).
How do I access this program?
- Clients must get a referral from the Acquired Brain Injury Network (ABIN).
- Catholic Social Services meets with the individual and a staff person is assigned to provide supports.
