Children with Disabilities - Host Family Program
The program provides both respite and extended care to children who have developmental disabilities by approved and trained families or individuals in their own homes.

Families served are eligible for supports though Child and Family Services – Family Supports for Children With Disabilities. Supports provided are based on individual agreements.

How much will it cost me?
The program is contracted by Child and Family Services – Supports to Children with Disabilities. Eligible families will have an agreement in place.
Families are responsible for any transportation or recreational costs associated with the service.

Program Outcomes
The program is currently in the process of meeting with all contracted service providers and the Child and Family Services Authority to develop program outcomes that will meet the need of Families served.
