Kairos Program
This program provides residential care, support, and outreach services for men and women living with HIV/AIDS.
Am I eligible?
Adults who are HIV positive and require care and support related to their HIV are eligible for service. Individuals who have active addictions are encouraged to seek treatment before applying to the program.

How much will it cost me?Staff support is provided through funding received from Catholic Social Services' annual
Sign of Hope campaign, and through the Alberta Community HIV Fund (ACHF). Individuals are charged for the cost of their room and board.
How do I access this program?
- Individuals requiring supports can access the program by calling (780) 454-2906 for an application form.
- The application will be reviewed and placed in order of priority.
- The program rarely has vacancies when individuals first apply, so a waiting list is maintained.

Program Outcomes
- Individuals are provided with a safe, home-like atmosphere where they are given support around their HIV diagnosis including nutrition, medications, and medical issues.
- Transitional, long-term, and palliative care are provided.
