As the Human Resources Consultant in charge of E-Learning and Development, you will Report to the Director of Human Resources while coordinating with IT resources and trainers across the Agency to produce E-Learning solutions for our employees. You are responsible for researching, assessing, recommending and implementing a web-based learning system that is easy to update, manage and customize. The ability to transition the curriculum of classroom-based workshops into online learning modules as part of a blended learning strategy for employees is essential. Your strength in leading new initiatives is evident in your ability to access appropriate resources, collaborate with stakeholders and see projects through to completion.

 

Ideally, you possess a Bachelor's Degree in Education, Business, or Instructional Technology; equivalencies will be considered. You have experience with eLearning development, curriculum design, and applying principles of adult learning to educational initiatives. Your excellent project management skills enable you to lead training initiatives from needs analysis through to implementation. You have the ability to work with and
effectively communicate with multiple stakeholders. You are also highly self-motivated and directed with positive attitude. A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is essential to your work. Your knowledge of or experience working in the human service industry would be considered an asset.

 

The salary range for this position is $26.92-$29.96 per hour, and the successful candidate will be placed on our salary grid based on their qualifications and experience related to this position.
