This is a full-time position for 40 hours per week.
Put your passion for community support to work in a leadership role! As the Program Supervisor, you support staff in client assessment, counselling, education, and resource development. Your strong communication skills ensure programs are designed and implemented according to best practices and program mandates. Acting as a mentor, you encourage staff to participate in training and guide them in outstanding service delivery. Your keen attention to detail and organization will aid you in preparing monthly service reports to the Program Manager and assisting in the preparation and monitoring of budgets.
Your Degree/Diploma in Social Work (or equivalent) is complimented with 3 years’ experience working with individuals experiencing addictions, family violence, high risk behaviours, and providing home based service to families. Program development and supervisory experience will ensure your success in this position. A valid driver's licence and vehicle are required for this position. Experience/knowledge of SAFE home assessment training is preferred.
