This is a contract part-time position for 22.5 hours per week.
As first contact in a very busy office environment, you exhibit a calm and professional demeanor. A skilled multi-tasker, you prioritize large volumes of both telephone calls and walk-in traffic. You treat each caller and visitor as a valued guest by efficiently connecting them to the right resources. Your organizational skills support you in completing other critical tasks such as mail distribution, typing of reports and supporting other staff. You have well-developed computer skills and your attention to detail supports highly accurate work.
Your certificate in Office Administration combined with 2 years of experience in a reception and/or administrative role will ensure your success in this position. You have strong computer and keyboarding skills and are proficient in MS Office. Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking) is essential, French would be an asset, and fluency in a second language is a must.
