This is a full-time position for 37.5 hours per week.

You will be joining an established Agency that is guided by faith to care for and bring hope to people in need with humility, compassion and respect. With more than 50 years of service delivery, Catholic Social Services is one of the largest multi-function social services agencies in Canada, with more than 1600 staff, and 2000 volunteers delivering 130+ programs through Central and Northern Alberta.

As a facilitator in the Community and Intercultural Education Program, you are responsible for developing and delivering workshops whose goal is to increase the cultural competency of the participants. Your diploma/degree in adult education, intercultural studies or other equivalent as well as two years of experience in designing and delivering workshops for adults has prepared you for this challenging and rewarding position. Having worked in a multi-cultural environment previously, you demonstrate expertise in both intercultural theory and application. A vehicle and valid driver’s license are required for this rewarding opportunity.

We thank all applicants. If your skill set matches those of other competitions, you may also be considered for other positions. Only candidates selected for an interview will be contacted.

We offer flexibility, a comprehensive benefits package and a supportive working environment.
